PastorForge, a product of Gilpin Ventures, respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

2. Information we collect

• Account details — your name, email, church name, title, denomination, and optional phone number.
• Content you create — the topics, scriptures, and sermons you generate and save.
• Billing details — handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and your plan status; we do not store your full card number.
• Usage data — basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

3. How we use it

To provide the service (generate and save your content), process payments, secure the platform and enforce usage limits, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Service providers

We share limited data with the providers that make PastorForge work: Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI generation of your requested content), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data only to provide their part of the service.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and content while your account is active. You can delete individual sermons in the app at any time. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at the address below.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Contact us to exercise them.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
